"Could you bring home take-out"

Seriously, don't you just love seeing the little running ticker moving across the top of my blog. Okay, I understand if you aren't as excited about it as I am, but come on, it's kinda cool. I've been trying not to brag about what an awesome runner I am, (mostly cuz I'm really not) but I have to say today I rocked it. It was one of those crazy weeks, Sam was out of town most of the week and the kids had a thousand and one different activities so I didn't think that I was going to reach my running goal for the week. Then today the sun was shining and it was a beautiful 60 degree January day and I decided I could go get in my last four miles running out side. Of course I can always count on Bryce to be a willing running partner, so we headed out towards Mitchell Creek Canyon. It was a super fun run (yes, i said super fun) so we decided what the heck, let's make it 7 miles, so we did.
A nice break from my treadmill boredom is just what I needed.
