This year I'm going to run from Denver to Salt Lake City. Okay, not really, but my goal is to run at least 10 miles a week which by the end of the year will equal 520 miles, roughly the distance from Denver to Salt Lake City. I have 7 races in mind, including a lot of the same ones I did last year + a half marathon and a sprint triathlon. You can follow my progress on the ticker at the top of this here blog. All I have to say is BRING IT!

And when you're training for your half....well you'll definitely get 20+ miles in for a lot of weeks!

You are such an awesome runner! I think you should run to Salt Lake City for real, I know you can do it!! ;)
If you decide to actually run between the two, I will gladly be the person driving next to you cheering you on!
Where on earth do you get your motivation??? I need some of it (a lot of it really).
