School was canceled due to the weather. It is cold enough here for me to believe that possibly hell has frozen over and I'm thinking that it must have because my kids are getting along and doing their chores without being told a million and one times and being yelled at. Maybe it's a Groundhogs Day Eve miracle... or something. Speaking of Groundhogs day, I'm praying that good ol' Phil sees his Shadow tomorrow, or doesn't see his shadow. Which one means that spring is right around the corner? That's the one I want. It's -35 degrees today with the wind chill! Burrrrrrr.

No shadow = early spring, and that's what Phil saw today...no shadow! I hope this is one wive's tale that turns out to be true!
