Cruise

Here are just a few of our cruise pictures I may or may not get around to posting the rest. Some of them are on a disposable underwater camera so I hop to get around to printing them and scanning them soon, but this is a start. I don't think I can adequately describe the week we had. It was so nice to be with my husband away from all of the stresses of real life. We had an amazing time together. We slept in almost everyday and napped almost every day and went to bed early almost every day. It was sooo relaxing. In the few hours we had in between sleep we did lots of fun stuff. On the boat we went to the Ice show twice, it was really good. We also went to most of the shows at night. They had a couple of really funny comedians. We ate far to much at every meal, but I tried to balance it out by running. I did thirteen miles which I was pretty proud of. I also got the most amazing hot rock massage. We tried the in line skating on the boat, not our favorite and we played mini golf and basket ball. There was a rock climbing wall that I really wanted to do but I never got around to it. Oh well, maybe next time.
On shore- In Cozumel we went snorkeling which was awesome. Sam has never done it before and he was surprised by how much he loved it. The water is so clear and beautiful. We saw a sea horse, two sting rays, a lion fish, some barracudas, a Moira eel, and lots and lots of fish. I have a problem with motion sickness so I'm always worried when I go out on a small boat. I was fine the whole boat ride to the reef where we snorkeled but about 30 minutes after getting in the water a wave of sickness hit me like a ton of bricks. Soon after that we got back into the boat to go to another spot. Being in the boat didn't make me feel worse but I for sure wasn't feeling any better. We stopped and got back in the water and with in 5 minutes I lost it, and by it I mean my breakfast. Sorry for the visual, but as horrible as it was at the time later we thought it was hilarious so I want to remember it. While I was umm, you know puking, I looked down in the water and there at that very moment was a group of scuba divers passing under us. Good times. After that I felt much better and was able to enjoy the rest of the snorkeling trip.
This is getting long so I'm going to write about Jamaica another day. The beach pics below are mostly in Grand Cayman where we just hung out on the beach all day. I want to point out that the back ground of this collage is actually a picture I took of the water and it is really that blue. Soooo beautiful.
