I don't like college basketball (or pro basketball for that matter.)
and I don't care that BYU lost last night.
(do you think I could be excommunicated for saying that?)

It irritates me when my husband gets all worked up over sports on TV
cuz I've never seen him that excited to see me.

That most of the time I secretly really enjoy the quite, alone time I get while Sam is watching sports.

That I'm still going to give him crap for choosing sports over me cuz then he feels like he owes me.

Guilt is a very useful thing, isn't it?
Well, if you get excommunicated, then so should I! I have actively and loudly been a huge non-fan of BYU for a very long time. I have witnessed so many acts of poor sportsmanship from teams and fans, that I can't stand to support them. I have taught all my kids to yell "boo cougars" whenever we watch or play them. (I'm an Aggie, so we play them for a good ol' in-state rivalry game.) Oh and I can not stand Jimmer! What a crappy name is that?
It's sad to say that I'm the huge sports fan here. College sports mostly, but I'm a huge MLB fan! My DH is into hockey and who doesn't love watching a fight on ice?

I'm not a fan of basketball either, but I did like to watch Jimmer.
I had no idea who Jimmer was until last night. And I live in Utah!
