Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake your baggie.

Ziploc Ice Cream
1/2 c. half and half
1T Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Put ingredients in a pint sized freezer bag. Zip bag closed Put small bag into a gallon size Ziploc freezer bag, fill with ice cubes and 6T. salt. Zip bag closed and shake for 5 min.

I've never understood...what in the world does the salt on the OUTSIDE do?????

salt lowers the melting point of ice. the milk won't freeze at the regular temp of the ice. the salt lowers the temp. interesting huh!
